STEP 4 - RATE AND CAR SELECTION

The Rate Quote Details section will have now been updated with your selection.

Below the "You Selected" sub-heading the system will now specify the car that you chose (such as "Midsize Automatic w/air"), as well as the rate code.

If you did not enter a specific rate code, then the rate code will appear as "SYS" meaning a system rate taken from the Internet.

Your rental charges will be listed in detail.

If you click on "View Options" a new window will open that will provixde information opn all the options available to you.

You cannot, at this stage, add any of those options to you reservation. This is a future enhancement that will be added in the next upgrade of our new reservation system.

STEP 5 - RENTER DETAILS

Required renter details

Their are only four fields in this entire section that are mandatory. First and last name, email address and phone number.

All other fields may be left blank. You can have a copy of your reservation send to a second email address.

The airline name can be entered by selecting an airline from the drop down.

Airline and flight number for international reservations are required. Both on outbound reservations from US to another country and inbound to the US where the renter is resident outside the US.

Enter your phone number, this is required field. At this time, the phone field only accepts numbers in the US xxx-xxx-xxxx format. If you need to add a country code, please add it in the comments field. Here you can also enter a comment or special request which will be forwarded to the renting branch.

Note that any special requests entered here (such as a baby seat) are forwarded to the branch but not confirmed.

The "Reference" field is optional. Here you may enter a trip name, purchase order number or any other form of reference.

If you wish to earn miles from an airline frequent flyer program, select the appropriate program from the drop down and enter your membership number in the field below.

The system defaults to our own Frequent Renter program.
