Once submitted the page will reload with a screen that looks almost the same as the reservation screen. Except that your confirmation number and the word "CONFIRMED" will now appear in the top right corner of the screen. |

The bottom of the screen will also have changed. You now have the option to change, cancel, refresh or print the reservation. |

Change If you would like to change the reservation, you can adjust the pickup and drop off dates and times, the car or rate chosen. You cannot change the pickup location, as the reservation system is keyed off this field. To change the pickup location you will need to cancel the reservation and make a new one. To confirm your changes, click the "Submit Changes" button. YOUR CHANGES WILL NOT GO THROUGH UNTIL YOU HAVE CLICKED THIS BUTTON. Cancel To can the reservation simply click the cancel button. You will be sent an email confirming that you have canceled the reservation. Refresh If you have made some changes to the reservation, but have not submitted them yet, the "Refresh reservation" button will reload your reservation exactly as it was before you made the changes. However, if you have submitted those changes, the "refresh reservation" button will display the reservation including the changes you have made. If you click the "Print Reservation" button, a new browser window will open with a printer friendly version of your reservation. You will also receive an email confirming your reservation.
