Advantage Rent A Car ANNOUNCES PAUL HEMMERT AS COO

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (July 6, 2006). Advantage Rent A Car has appointed Paul Hemmert as Chief Operating Officer. As the company initiates its expansion plans and further develops its existing global network, Mr. Hemmert’s skills and experience will guide day to day operations.

Hemmert has had a very successful career in car rental and similar industries. He rose through the ranks at National Car Rental to become Senior Vice President of Operations. He then held the position of President of National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car of Canada. Most recently he was Regional Vice President of AIMCO, where he managed a $450 million portfolio of apartment buildings in the Southwestern U.S.

A native of the Philadelphia area, Hemmert holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Barry University. He is a past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has held an appointment to Florida’s Governor’s Board of Tourism
