ADVANTAGE RENT A CAR LAUNCHES A RE-BRANDING CAMPAIGN WITH INTRODUCTION OF NEW LOGO

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (June 8, 2006). Travelers and the general public at-large will soon see the new logo of San Antonio-based Advantage Rent A Car as they unfold the company’s re-branding campaign. Recently acquired by ARC Venture Holdings, Inc., an investment firm, Advantage is presenting its customers with a new look.

Features of the new logo
The logo, a fresh new design, displays 3 bars representing the culture and values of the ‘New’ Advantage. The first bar depicts their team of men and women and the spirit of character they embody through their delivery of customer service, personal growth opportunities and positive can-do attitudes. The next bar reflects their rental facilities and the engaging environment they present to their customers through clean, organized and efficient surroundings. And the final bar addresses their product and the remarkable experience they deliver to their customer by providing a service that is dependable, consistent and enjoyable.

“Advantage Rent A Car has always had a strong brand presence in the marketplace. And with renewed momentum going forward and exciting new developments, we feel this enhanced logo represents our brand for the future,” says George J. Gremse, CEO Advantage Rent A Car.

Rolling out the new Advantage brand
Advantage Rent A Car will re-image its 150 locations in the continental US and 130 locations in 32 countries internationally over the next 18 months. While the company will use the new brand symbol on signage, new busses and facility upgrades, the logo will also be released electronically to a wide-reaching audience in the next 30 days on travel and partner sites on the worldwide web.
