ADVANTAGE
RENT-A-CAR RECOGNIZED IN CUSTOMER SURVEY CONDUCTED BY NEW YORK BASED
LUXURY INSTITUTE.
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (May 22, 2006). Advantage Rent A Car has been rated
as a company that is most responsive to their customers as reported over
the New York Business Wire. The survey findings that were conducted
among customers of the nation’s top ten largest rental car companies
that include Hertz, Avis and Enterprise are based on each customers own
individual experience.
Each brand achieved its scores based on different strengths. Among the
consumers surveyed, Advantage was also distinguished as delivering the
most pleasing and organized environment – supporting their strong point
to create an enjoyable atmosphere for their clients. The survey named
Advantage as most worthy of a price premium, suggesting their products
and rates are creditable and of value to the consumer.
“The men and women of Advantage Rent A Car take the responsibility very
seriously of providing every customer with an exemplary rental
experience,” comments George J. Gremse, Advantage Rent A Car C.E.O. “We
are very pleased with the results of this survey as it describes the
philosophy of the company to present a comfortable environment and
affordable rates through the professionalism and responsiveness of our
staff, our facilities and our fleet that includes high-end vehicles from
DaimlerChrysler and General Motors.”
Conducting the survey was the New York-based Luxury Institute,
disclosing the results earlier this month. Advantage Rent A Car,
recently acquired by ARC Venture Holdings, Inc., a private investor
group, was established over 40 years ago. Advantage Rent A Car has
airport, city and suburban locations throughout most of the United
States and affiliates in over 32 countries worldwide. Headquartered in
San Antonio, Texas, Advantage serves the commercial, leisure, government
and replacement rental markets.
